Daycruisers - best for having a picnic or going swimming
We have a whole variety of boats at the locations Hafendorf Müritz and Minimarina Ferienpark Mirow in Germany and Niderviller in France.
Fun and adventure are staying in the centre of the activities at the Hafendorf Müritz. Discover pure nature; enjoy the sun, the wind and the water on a nice daycruise.
Another possibility would be to visit the small villages on the south bank of the Müritz which invite you for a short break. Life will seem almost perfect cruising through a landscape overflowing with wild flowers and rare waterbirds.
You can choose between our licence free boats, licence boats or our canoes and rowing boats. The lake Müritz invites you also for waterskiing or a ride on the banana.
Discover the Müritz national park and its great variety of flora and fauna or take a trip to the south. Already at the next lake you will find a nice beach or take the opportunity to jump directly from the pedal boat into the refreshing water. Alternatively drive till Mirow where you can stop at the fisher or at the romantic castle where Queen Charlotte from England was born.
By the way: The marina (Minimarina Ferienpark Mirow) near Mirow is also a good opportunity to stop on your first day with our houseboats. KUHNLE-TOURS houseboats have a berth for free at this location!
Depart Niderviller travelling eastwards
and in few kilometres you will travel through the two tunnels that traverse the
mountain. Shortly after the second tunnel you can go down the hydraulic boatlift at Arzviller. Stop here to take a guided tour of the lift.
Alternatively travel westwards from Niderviller where you will reach a fork. Following the Canal de la Marne au Rhin until the lock of Réchicourt which takes you down 50 feet into the nature reserve of the Réchicourt Lake.
You can choose between the Pirate 600, Pirate 470 and the Delphin 350.
