In a case of a breakdown (half a day or even longer), you will get a half or a whole day refunded in form of a voucher or cash. The guarantee counts for breakdowns of the engine, the gearing, the steering, the heating (under 10°C outside-temperature) or in the case of a total breakdown of the electronics. It does not count for a breakdown of the bow-thruster, the fridge or the radio. Half day is the time before 1 pm or after. The counting starts with your call at the hotline 0049 (0)1 71 - 3 33 55 58. Breakdowns that last less than half a day will not be refunded.
